How can I review a venue?

Only those who have succesfully had an event in a venue they booked via Venuu can review the venue they booked. If you're one of those people, you will automatically get an email after your event that contains a link to leave a review of the venue you booked. All reviews will be added to the venue's Venuu-profile for others to see.

How can I give feedback on Venuu as a service?

If you want to give feedback on using Venuu.fi or you want to report a problem you encountered with the service or a venue/event service you booked through Venuu, please contact our customer service.

I left something at a venue I booked via Venuu. What do I do now?

Oh no! But accidents happen – especially if you're having fun. You can inquire for your lost item by contacting the venue directly. The easiest way to do that is to reply to the email conversation you previously had with the venue about your booking or check their previous emails for their other contact information, e.g. a phone number.
