How do I use the venue search?

The venue search helps you find exactly the kind of venues you’re interested in.

• Event type lets you select what kind of event the venue should be suited for
• Number of people (seated or standing): how many guests need to fit in the venue
• Location: where the venue should be located (address, area or town)
• Additional criteria: you can select which properties or items the venue should have
• Name of venue: you can search for venues by name

To get up-to-date information on a venue’s availabilities and pricing, send them a direct message with their Venuu-profile’s contact form. The venue will get back to you via email and you can get your reservation started directly with the venue.

How do I use the event service (catering, experiences, artists, photographers, event production) search?

In addition to our venue search, you can use simplified searches to find caterers, artists, photographers and event producers. This makes it way easier to find and compare event services and find the one that works best for your event.

On the catering site you can browse caterers and narrow down the selection on the left side of the page. You can, for example, select your event type from the dropdown menu, type in your event’s location in the text field or select which types of cuisine or additional services you’re looking for.

On the sites for artists, photographers and event producers you can type in your event’s location to narrow down the selection you see on the site.

What information can I find on Venuu-profiles?

All information on Venuu-profiles is provided by the venues and event services themselves and the information is regularly updated.

On Venuu-profiles you can find the most important info on venues and event services and the easiest way to be in contact with them via our contact form. By sending the venue or event service a message you can ask for more information, a price estimate or start your reservation process.

All Venuu-profiles contain at least a written description, pictures and much much more depending on the venue or event service, for example reservation information, price packages, example menus, videos or 3D-tours of venues.
